Information: Ikuto Tsukiyomi is one of the main character of Shugo Chara. Ikuto is a high school student and works for Easter to find the Embryo. Easter and the Guardians are enemy, but Ikuto still helps Amu when she needs it. Ikuto actually hates Easter and was forced into it. He is looking for the Embryo for himself, to grant his own wish. Ikuto possess the Dumpty Key that pairs up with Amu's Humpty Lock. The key used to belong to his father and was now pass down to him. Ikuto knows how to play the violin like his father. His sister, Utau is in love with him. Whenever she tries to kiss him, he dodges. Ikuto is outgoing and a little naughty and perverted. He hates crowded places. His Guardian Character is Yoru.

Ikuto's job for Easter is to "clean up" the X-eggs. In other words, destroy them. (By crushing them with his claws) By crushing the x-eggs, the Guardian Characters will never be "born" again and it means that they 'died'. He once told Amu that she is making his job easier for him by cleansing the x-eggs. Ikuto is often called 'Cat Thief' by Tadase because he took back his Dumpty Key. The Dumpty Key that belonged to Ikuto's father was stolen by Tadase's father. It has been revealed that Tadase and Ikuto once had a sibling-relationship, but that all stopped when Ikuto stole back the Dumpty Key. Tadase, refusing to listen, made their relationship into a rivalary one.

It is obvious that Ikuto likes Amu. Some hints is that he always act differently towards her. (Said from Utau)
